		<description>Seriously, there has to be some professional accountability fro these doctors.  A 23 year old, asking for 10 procedures in one day is INSANE.  There should be a mandated limit and consequences if the Doctor acts recklessly to oblige the patient&#039;s request.  They are supposed to more concerned about the patient&#039;s overall health.  Having damn near a dozen ore more elective procedures CANNOT be healthy in the long run.</description>
