At Beauty Undercover we love trying new products but sometimes think it might be better for someone else to judge. Remember perms back in the eighties? Well, it seems rather than do the real thing customers are opting for the water perm which is like a temporary hair rinse. The curls can be any size and wash out after the first shampoo.
