Call it a backlash to big brands.  These days indie beauty is gracing the faces of the red carpet and the runway.  During these uncertain times it seems Hollywood is embracing smaller brands, rather than big corporations. 
Young Victoria star Emily Blunt,  has anointed Dermalogica one of her brands of choice.  She loves the body wash and lotion.  While Supermodel Gisele has her eye on a different prize.   The Brazilian bombshell loves the organic eye cream by Dr. Alkaitis.  Another fashion favorite is an Italian brand called, Rilastil, which Dolce & Gabanna slather on their models before they hit the runway.  Even Robert Downey Jr moisturizes with the Italian import.
Young Hollywood puckers up for Tarte with the two-sided lip gloss.  Blake Lively always keeps the gloss in her bag.  But those wanting a more bold look go for the red from Khuaira.  Fans include Scarlett Johansson, Kate Bosworth and Katherine Heigl.
