We so love eyeliner but applying it can be a bit tricky. So we enlisted the help of Hollywood makeup artist, Rachel Goodwin who does everyone from Penelope Cruz to January Jones to Amber Valletta. Using an eyeliner called, Calligraphy by Hourglass, she shows us (in the video below) how to apply liner like a pro!
