KIM KARDASHIAN PART OF THE KANGOO EXERCISE CRAZE

They tout them as burning 25-percent more calories than doing a normal workout.  Kangoo Jumps are all the rage in Europe and quickly becoming a hot exercise tool in the United States as well.  Kim Kardashian recently hit the streets in the cross-training shoes that are part snow boot/part trampoline.

“It’s a full-body exercise,” says Jayne Justice, a Los Angeles Kangoo jumps instructor and distributor.  “You can do this at home and cut your workout time in half.”  They are actually easy to walk in and designed to be gentle on the joints.  It’s perfect for a full body low-impact rebounding workout, which can include cross-country jogging, jumping jacks, power walking, running in place, and jumping around.  The price is $249.

    I also do training in Kangoo Jumps in Indiana. Checkout our FB page! These are very comfortable and tons of fun. Plus, the benefits of 80% less impact on your joints simply can’t be understated!

  5. I try to go to the gym four times a week. I start of with a half hour weights. I do legs twice a week, biceps and back another day, and triceps+chest+shoulders another day. I also try to squeeze in abs. The next half hour I do cardio. Works pretty well. My friend who is a personal trainer said, I can do legs twice a week because that’s my problem zone. I like the way my body is getting toned. Use weights that are heavy enough to do 12 reps for 3 sets. Sometimes I use lighter weights and do more reps. Other times I use heavier weights and do less reps. Switch it up to train your isotonic and isometric muscle fibers.
