It looks like fillers and lower face lift to me.
I’m not sure..she does look more and more like a whoo from whooville in the pictures, and something is up, but what? At this point she should plump up her upper lip to balance out the chipmunk cheeks. She’s a queen- what does she care?
JMHO, but she does look inflated, with an oddly stretched smile.
i personally like the natural look on anyone but then again i don’t do botox or face lifts or surgery if I can help . So if I were queen i would do whatever I wanted to do so go with the flow and …….be happy
