Fall is synonymous with pumpkin season! As we welcome delicious, seasonal desserts, we also look to its beauty benefits. According to celebrity manicurist, Skyy Hadley, of As U Wish Nail Salon, pumpkins are rich in vitamins and nutrients, and “can do wonders for your feet” because they contain enzymes that help nourish and brighten the skin. For a DIY foot treat, Hadley shares the following recipe:
Directions: Mix pureed pumpkin in a bowl. Stir in yogurt, honey, sugar, and olive oil. Wash feet in warm water, and while moist, apply the scrub in a circular motion. Massage the mask onto each foot and let sit for 10 minutes. Remove with warm water and a washcloth.
