As we often say, age is simply a number but beauty is eternal.  Nobody embodies this philosophy better than Jane Fonda.  At 79 the actress/activist and L’Oréal Paris spokeswoman displays her undeniable beauty on the cover of November’s  Town & CountryUnretouched in black and white, Fonda embraces both the positives and the negatives in her perfectly imperfect life.  ““Perfect?” she says in the accompanying article. “It doesn’t exist. What matters is that you’re whole. I felt so much of my life that I was two people. There was this person everyone saw, and there was another person who lived outside of me, alongside me, who had been delegated all of the imperfect stuff. To become whole, you reach around and pull all those shadows in and they join your light—you put it all together inside your skin. And you accept that, yes, I’m flawed, but my intentions are good, and I will never be perfect, but I will continue to evolve toward that.”

Vanderpump Rules star, Stassi Schroeder, embraces real beauty.  Posting an underboob image from a recent photo shoot on Instagram, the reality diva gave her followers an extra dose of reality:  visible scars from a 2015 breast reduction and lift.  The 29 year old host of the Straight Up with Stassi podcast is upfront about her body.  During the photo shoot in question,  “I was like ‘Don’t edit out my scars.’ They’re awesome. I like being myself and I feel that everyone should embrace themselves,” she shared with People Magazine. “It’s a scar! Scars are pretty! It’s almost like a birthmark or something like that where it’s something to not be ashamed of.”

After two years, Taylor Swift released her first new single, “Look What You Made Me Do,” on Thursday evening.  Promoting the song on Instagram, following days of social media teasers, the singer, 27, took several thinly-veiled jabs at Kanye West (and possibly Katy Perry), deploying targeted lyrics such as “I don’t like your little games … Don’t like your tilted stage” and “The role you made me play of the fool … No, I don’t like you.”
Swift will release her next album, Reputation, on November 10th.  Partnering with Target on two exclusive covers, copies of Reputation will be accompanied by 72-page magazine bundles featuring, photos, ephemera and “personal poetry and photos, artwork by Taylor, handwritten lyrics, exclusive poster.”
