8 SECRETS TO SUCCESSFUL WEIGHT LOSS

    I loved reading your tip about skipping breakfast to lose weight – it has been pounded into our heads that breakfast is the most important meal of the day but I read recently that it is actual healthier for you to skip breakfast as well as it helping you to lose weight.
