Did you know that approximately 300 million pieces of clothing are tossed out by millennials over a lifetime due to white marks or yellow stains?  That’s why model Olivia Culpo recently joined Unilever in promoting its Stain-Less, Waste-Less fashion waste-awareness campaign in New York.  Partnering with Savers, a global thrift retailer, the initiative informs people about the issue of clothing waste, encouraging the to recycle, rather than throwing it away.  Naturally Degree Women’s Motion Sense UltraClear Black & White range addresses the top unmet deodorant need in the US: no white marks and yellow stains on clothing.  Body-responsive technology offers 48-hour wetness and odor protection in a Dry Spray and Invisible Solid, with refreshing fragrances such as Tropical Touch, Pure Rain, Pure Clean, and Black+White.  UltraClear Antiperspirant allows users to re-wear their favorite clothes over and over again!

Degree Women is offering a limited number of Beauty Undercover Subscribers an opportunity to SWAG its Ultra Clear Black + White Dry Spray, alcohol-free Ultra Clear Black + White Pure Clean Dry Spray, Ultra Clear Black + White Tropical Touch Invisible Solid, and UltraClear Black + White Pure Rain Invisible Solid (retail $19.96) simply by liking them on Facebook and entering through the on-line form here. This SWAG Alert is open to Subscribers 18 years or older with a valid US mailing address only (no PO Boxes, please!).  Delivery is anticipated within 3-4 weeks from notification.

I know people who will NOT take their unwanted clothing to Goodwill because THEY wouldn’t want something from Goodwill… WHAT? (I said I know them, not that I like them)
I think this is a fantastic campaign & I hope it does fabulously!
I sincerely hope this trend of recycling/refusing to purchase the unnecessary continues!!! And kudos to Degree for hopping on board!
Though I do think this is impolite to add, due to Degrees participation, but I think it’s important: if anyone out there has tried (or wants) to go all-natural deoderant-wise & Tom’s won’t cut it, I finally found 1 that actually works! Schmidt’s Natural Deoderant (I use bergamot & lime, but there are other scents). Because the main ingredients are arrowroot powder, baking soda, coconut oil & shea butter, it won’t ruin your clothing with stains OR WORSE – leave this mysterious film on your armpit skin that literally takes WEEKS of scrubbing to entirely remove… you don’t even notice it’s there until you stop using ‘regular’ deodorants. Then the film starts slowly wearing off. What is that stuff that was on my pits for YEARS! Scary.
