COMING SOON TO AMERICA: MDNA SKIN!

Thursday, December 29th, 2016

The Material Girl, Madonna, has been long-known for her exotic beauty regimes.  Her namesake skincare line, MDNA Skin, launched in Japan and Hong Kong earlier this year, is best known for its volcanic ash Chrome Clay Mask.  Removed with an ergonomically-designed magnet, called the Skin Rejuvenator, The Rejuvenator Set comes at a rather serious material cost (we spotted it at a Tokyo department store for $550!) and is not yet available in America.  According to a recent post on Instagram, Madonna shares that the “No Muss No Fuss!!  Perfect Holiday Gift!!!” essential is “Coming to America soon!”  That is music to many Undercover Agents’ ears.  The MDNA Skin collection consists of six products: Skin Rejuvenator, Chrome Clay Mask, The Serum, The Rose Mist, The Eye Mask, and The Eye Serum — all enriched with “healing waters” sourced from Montecatini, in northern Italy.  MDNA has yet to release an exact date for its US debut.

In addition to taking home eight of the night’s biggest honors — including Video Of The Year and Best Female Video — at the MTV Video Music Awards Sunday night, Beyoncé stunned in a Francesco Scognamiglio Couture pastel beaded gown with feathered wings as she fluttered down the red carpet, arm-in-arm with four-year-old daughter, Blue Ivy.  The dynamic duo certainly caused a buzz!   After four wardrobe changes and a sixteen-minute medley performance, introduced by Serena Williams, Queen Bey took the evening’s top award, gushing, “I’d like to thank my beautiful daughter and incredible husband for all of their support.” The singer made history by winning a total of twenty-five Moonmen (dethroning the previous queen of the VMAs, Madonna, who has only received twenty).
